Spray - Hold mouth guard 2-3 inches from nozzle.  Spray each side 3-4 times. Soak thoroughly.  Shake - Shake mouth guard to remove excess solution.  Bite - Insert and go!  Use -  Before, during, and after sessions.  Store your clean and dry mouth guard in a clean and dry container.
